By using cybertitans.net or any tool on it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.

What we provide

Cybertitans LLC provides IT consulting, AI and automation consulting, cybersecurity services, web development, and digital marketing services to businesses. This website provides information about those services and free self-service assessment tools.

The free assessment tools

The Busywork Audit, Cyber Insurance Readiness Score, and Website Reality Check are provided free and for general informational purposes. Their results are automated estimates based on limited inputs and publicly available data.

By submitting a website URL to the Website Reality Check, you confirm you own that site or are authorised to request an analysis of it.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site or its tools to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service, scrape it at scale, or analyse sites you have no right to analyse.

Bookings

Consultations booked through the site are subject to availability. We may reschedule or cancel where necessary. You can cancel or reschedule using the links in your confirmation.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, you may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, and follow-up about the assessment you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never required to receive an assessment or book a consultation. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Cybertitans is likewise not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or not received because of carrier issues, network problems, device settings, or an incorrect or changed number.

Eligibility — you must be 18 or older

This site and its tools are intended for businesses and for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, submit a request, book a consultation, or consent to receive text messages from us. By doing any of those things you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we will delete it if we learn we have.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and tools on this site belong to Cybertitans LLC. Reports generated for you are yours to use within your own business.

No warranty

The site and tools are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybertitans LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its free tools. Services delivered under a signed engagement are governed by that agreement, not this page.

Third-party links

We link to sites we don’t control and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above.
