HOW WORK OUTSIDE THE PLAN IS BILLED
Small edits are included. Projects are quoted.
The line is the same one we use on the IT side: if it is broken, it is covered. If it does not exist yet, it is a project. A plugin update that takes the site down is our problem. A new landing page is a quote, so you know the number before it starts.
Work beyond the included time is $155 per hour, the same rate on every plan. One-hour minimum, then half-hour increments. Scheduled after-hours work — a migration, a DNS cutover, a release you want done when nobody is on the site — is 1.8×.
There is no emergency rate on web plans. A website going down is not a business going down. If something breaks outside business hours we pick it up the next business morning. We would rather say that plainly than sell you a 2am promise.
Included time does not roll over, and we do not police it to the minute. If one site runs far above normal two months running we will sit down and work out why — that is usually an aging theme or a plugin nobody ever fixed, and it is a conversation, not a penalty.
Sites with heavy traffic or large media libraries can outgrow a standard hosting plan. Those get quoted per site rather than dropped into a flat price.
WHERE YOUR SITE ACTUALLY LIVES
Managed hosting is half of web management
Cybertitans is a WP Engine Partner, and every site we manage runs there. That is not a detail. Most of what goes wrong with a small business website goes wrong at the hosting layer, and cheap shared hosting is where sites go to get slow and get breached.
What the platform carries on its own: daily backups with a one-click restore, a staging copy so changes get tested before they touch the live site, a managed web application firewall, PHP kept current instead of three versions behind, and a global CDN. None of that gets bolted on afterward — it is the floor.
DNS sits on Cloudflare and we manage it, which means the records that actually matter — mail authentication included — stop being something nobody can find the login for.
What we carry on top: plugin and core updates reviewed before they ship rather than applied blind, uptime watched, forms tested on a schedule because a broken contact form is invisible until you notice the silence, and somebody to call who already knows the site.

Most small business websites drop a form submission into an inbox where it quietly dies.
