IT support in Woodbury, from someone who lives here.
Cybertitans is a veteran-owned managed IT and security practice based in Woodbury. We work with businesses across Washington County and the East Metro, a few people to a few hundred, that don’t have anyone whose actual job is to own the technology. Someone has to own it. That’s us.
No IT department. Or one person who’s underwater.
- IT is a break-fix guy, a vendor you inherited, or whoever on staff is least afraid of it.
- You pay someone every month and have no way to grade them.
- Your cyber insurance renewal asked questions you had to guess at.
- Nobody is quite sure who has the admin passwords.
The price is on the page.
Most IT providers make you take a call to find out what it costs. Ours is published. TiTAN Core starts at $897 a month for up to ten people. Pro, where most businesses belong, is $1,790 a month for up to ten and includes unlimited support. Every tier runs the same security stack: Huntress 24/7 detection, Microsoft 365 locked down properly, backup and patching. What changes is who does the work.

Almost nothing that breaks needs someone in the room. When it does, onsite is by appointment within 30 miles of Woodbury, with no travel or mileage charge inside that radius. That covers Woodbury, Cottage Grove, Oakdale, Lake Elmo, Stillwater, Afton, Maplewood, Hastings, St. Paul and the rest of Washington County.
25 years in IT. Veteran-owned.
Cybertitans was founded by Josh Friesen, a U.S. Army veteran with 25+ years in IT, including work at Dell, HP, Microsoft and UnitedHealth Group. You work with the person who built the system, not a ticket queue three states away.
