Cybertitans LLC (“Cybertitans,” “we,” “us”) operates cybertitans.net. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect
- Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, business name, and website URL — submitted through our contact form, our assessment tools (Busywork Audit, Cyber Insurance Readiness Score, Website Reality Check), or when booking a consultation.
- Information collected automatically. Pages visited, referring source, approximate location, browser and device type, via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Information about a website you submit. When you enter a URL into the Website Reality Check, we fetch and analyse that site’s publicly available pages. We do not access anything requiring a password.
Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries, deliver the assessment or report you requested, confirm and remind you about appointments you have booked, and follow up about services you asked about. We also use aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful.
SMS messaging
If you provide your mobile number and consent to be contacted by text, we may send appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notices, and follow-up about the assessment you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share information with
We use third-party providers to run the business. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — CRM, scheduling, email and SMS delivery
- Google — Analytics, Tag Manager, PageSpeed Insights
- Cloudflare — DNS, security, and the Website Reality Check service
- WP Engine — website hosting
- Microsoft 365 — business email and calendaring
- Mailgun — email delivery
We may also disclose information where required by law.
How we protect it
Access to contact records is limited to authorised Cybertitans personnel who need it for the purposes above, through individual accounts secured with multi-factor authentication. The site is served over HTTPS/TLS, so anything you submit is encrypted in transit, and the providers listed above encrypt stored data at rest. We do not collect or store payment card numbers on this site. We review access periodically and remove it when it is no longer needed. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not promise absolute security — but if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you promptly and as required by law.
How long we keep it
Contact records are retained while there is an active or prospective business relationship, and afterwards only as needed for legal or accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from email using the link in any message, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, and request access to or deletion of your information by emailing [email protected]. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not work as intended.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We’ll update this page if our practices change, and revise the date above.
