THE BACKGROUND

Enterprise experience. SMB focus.

Cybertitans is built on a degree in Computer Networking and Information Systems Security. Over the past 25+ years we’ve worked in and around some of the biggest names in the industry — Dell, HP, Microsoft, and UnitedHealth Group. We’ve seen how enterprise-grade organizations operate at scale: the systems they build, the workflows they rely on, and the discipline it takes to make a complex machine actually run.

Here’s the other half: a two-person business doesn’t need what Dell runs. But they do need the same outcomes — leads that get followed up, clients that get served consistently, content that goes out on schedule, and a clear picture of what’s working. They just need it without the enterprise price tag or the IT department to maintain it.

That’s what TiTAN is. It’s not a tool list. It’s a framework — the discipline of enterprise systems, distilled down to what actually moves the needle for a lean operation.

FROM THE FOUNDER

Why I built this

Josh Friesen, founder of Cybertitans, a managed IT and cybersecurity practice in Woodbury, Minnesota
Josh Friesen · Founder

TiTAN isn’t theory. Every business I’ve built runs on it, this one included — not because I’m selling it, but because it’s the only way a small team can operate at this level without burning out.

Most small business owners are running on duct tape — a CRM they barely use, a website that doesn’t convert, follow-up that happens when they remember. I’ve seen what a real operating system looks like at enterprise scale. I know it doesn’t have to be that complicated. It just has to be intentional.

Less complexity. More leverage. That’s not a tagline — it’s how we actually work.
